SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00! Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $7.99 for standard shipping. Local pickup is also available — simply select local pickup at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted during holidays or special releases. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please confirm your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. We are also not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date or within 7 days of the pick up date if local pickup is selected.
EXCHANGES: We do offer exchanges for sizing when possible. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and the requested size must be in stock at the time of the exchange request. If the requested size is not available, the item will be eligible for store credit only.
Return/Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a store credit return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit for the value of the returned item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Preorder items
- Sale items
- Personalized items
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
PREORDERS:
Preorders are final sale and cannot be modified or canceled. If you would like an in stock item shipped immediately but are also purchasing a pre-order, we recommend placing two separate orders. We ship pre-order items to the customer as quickly as possible once the shipment is received. We will include estimated ship dates in the product descriptions if provided to us by the vendor.
How to Start a Return:
All return or exchange requests must be initiated by emailing: shopgoosecreekchildrens@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and reason for the request. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return/exchange request once we receive it.
RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
